Your daily tasks:


  • Maintenance and development of existing and new customer relationships
  • Dynamic planning and operational handling of transports
  • Daily optimization of transports in terms of route, runtime, supply chain security, and costs
  • Further development of customer solutions through continuous improvement of existing processes
  • Communication with customers, structured and sustainable work approach, flexibility, and teamwork

What you bring:


  • Completed vocational training as a freight forwarder or a comparable degree
  • First practical experience in operational transport logistics in the field of land and road traffic
  • Customer and solutionoriented communication as well as organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and very good German and good English skills
  • Costconscious behavior and reliability
  • High customer and service orientation and good communication skills
  • Teamwork, flexibility, commitment, and initiative
