The medicine of tomorrow is being developed at UKD. Every day. We are looking for a dietitian (m/f/d) for the central kitchen - diet kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Calculation of nutritional values and preparation of specific diets Creation of weekly meal plans and ordering of necessary food Quality control of meals Evaluation of daily meal requirements and calculation of required food quantities Band control at the meal distribution belt Instruction and supervision of assistants Information and training of ward staff Application and documentation of HACCP guidelines Nutritional and diet counseling Requirements, knowledge: Completed training as a state-recognized dietitian Experience in practical work in a large kitchen (also using the Cook & Chill system) desirable Further training in the areas of dietetics and hygiene, or willingness to complete them PC skills, knowledge of nutritional value calculation programs Experience in nutritional and diet counseling We offer: 38.
