Humboldt Lafim-Diakonie for the elderly is seeking you for the Evangelical Senior Center Friedenshaus, located at Magnusstraße 6 in 03149 Forst.

This position is available immediately and is part-time (30 hours/week) based on a 40-hour work week.

The Evangelical Senior Center Friedenshaus has four living areas on two levels, with a total of 60 full-time places and four additional short-term care places.

Each area has its own sanitary facilities.

What tasks can you look forward to? Your main focus will be on promoting the independence and well-being of our residents through individual, activating, and holistic care and support.

* You will be responsible for the professional and organizational planning of the care and support process within the assigned care group.

* You will ensure complete documentation of the provided care services and the care process.
