An experienced Systems Engineer to be responsible for stability, integrity and efficient operation of large scale image process and virtual server infrastructure.

    What You Will Get to Do:
System engineer shall possess the following capabilities to perform the following:

  • 7-10 years of Windows server experience


  • Windows server 2012,201

  • MDT, DNS, DHCP
  • Understanding General Networking, Subnets and vlans
  • 5+ years of VMware Hypervisor and VCenter experience
  • Experience imaging Windows desktops
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Well organized
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Selfstarter
  • Willingness and desire to learn more diverse IT skills
  • Linux, Networking
  • Ability to start a project and see it through completion.
  • Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs
  • Monitoring the queues and assigning tickets; verify correct routing of tickets and reroute incorrect tickets;
  • Assign and prioritize tickets to support resources based on location and required skillset.
  • Notify onsite resources of critical or high priority tickets;
  • Coordinate ticket resolution activities with endusers to include scheduling of onsite visit and followup;
  • Maintain proper ticket status for all tickets within a defined queue;
  • Document resolution activities in tickets including tasks such as enduser communications, interactions with enduser, and ticket closure.

Qualifications You Will Bring:


  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
