LGSTX Services
LGSTX Services provides Cargo Handling, Ground Service Equipment, Airport Operations, and the maintenance service that keeps all of those operational for the air cargo industry.
ARFF Specialist ResponsibilitiesEnsure that emergency equipment is continuously maintained in a high state of readiness.
Provide currency training as necessary.
Provide rapid response to emergencies.
Provide first aid to ARFF victims as necessary.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED
Possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR background check
Certified EMT B
Certified Ohio Firefighter I or II
Ability to pass a Medical Pulmonary Function test and annual OSHA physical
Ability to bend, stoop, and manipulate tools in tight spaces
Work in adverse outdoor weather conditions
Wear respirator safety equipment as indicated
Lift objects weighing up to 65 pounds
Possess excellent communication skills
Perform work at heights
Preferred Skills
Prefer certification as a First Aid and CPR instructor
1-year experience responding to medical emergencies
Experience in the testing and inspection of building sprinkler and alarm systems per NFPA standards
Has completed a 40-hour ARFF course
