    Description
    ATSG is a company of exceptional people working together to grow our companies and strengthen our communities.

    LGSTX Services provides Cargo Handling, Ground Service Equipment, Airport Operations and the maintenance service that keeps all of those operational for the air cargo industry.

    The ARFF Specialist will ensure that emergency equipment is continuously maintained in a high state of readiness; provide currency training as necessary; provides rapid response to emergencies; provides first aid to ARFF victims as necessary.

    Performs other duties as necessary.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    HS Diploma or GEDPosses a valid drivers license and be able to pass an MVR background checkCertified EMT BCertified Ohio Firefighter I or IIAbility to pass a Medical Pulmonary Function test and annual OSHA physicalAbility to bend, stoop and manipulate tools n tight spacesWork in adverse outdoor weather conditionsWear respirator safety equipment as indicatedLift objects weighing up to 65 poundsPosses excellent communication skillsPerform work at heights

    Preferred Skills:

    Prefer certification as a First Aid and CPR instructor1 year experience responding to medical emergenciesExperience in the testing and inspection of building sprinkler and alarm systems per NFPA standardsHas completed 40 hour ARFF courseEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
