    Description
    Advanced Gastroenterology Position with ERCP and EUS Focus in Georgia

    Practice Type:
    Advanced Gastroenterology within a not-for-profit, academically affiliated health system.

    Location:
    Located in a scenic and popular southern coastal town.

    Team Structure:
    Collaborative team comprising 5 Gastroenterologists and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.


    Specialized Focus:
    Emphasis on Advanced GI practices.
    High demand for skills in ERCP and EUS, which are highly desired.
    ~ Patient Volume:
    Approximately 16-18 patients per day in the clinic.
    ~ Facilities:
    Modern endoscopy suites available in the hospital.

    ~ Schedule:

    ~ Rotation between clinic and endoscopy days.
    ~2-3 days weekly typically dedicated to scoping, depending on rotation.


    Teaching Involvement:
    Opportunity to work with and mentor residents in advanced GI techniques.


    Compensation & Benefits:

    Base Salary:
    $700K/BOE, experience-dependent.

    RVU Bonus :
    Additional earnings potential.

    Group Average Compensation:
    Over $900,000.

    Bonuses:
    Includes sign-on and annual retention bonuses, totaling around $25,000.

    Additional Benefits:
    Relocation assistance, educational stipends for early commitments, malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

    Insurance & Retirement:
    Comprehensive package including health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, plus a 403(b) plan.
