We are looking for:

We are currently seeking several interested, motivated, and skilled customer service professionals (m/f/d) and administrative assistants (m/f/d) for our regional clients in Bremen in the energy sector.

(INBOUND)

Your responsibilities:

In the field of energy billing, you will handle telephone and written customer service and process the following customer inquiries:
Account clarification
Master data changes
Bank data changes
Customer portal inquiries
Invoicing
Customer retention
Debt management (payment reminders/payment agreements)

Your profile:

Your qualifications: You ideally have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a clerk (m/f/d) for dialogue marketing or office management, or you are a career changer (m/f/d) from service-related industries such as tourism or trade.

Passion for customer service: You enjoy helping people and handling their inquiries with care.

Communication skills: You are communicative, confident, and able to act in a customer-oriented manner. Your appearance is professional and friendly.
