Your Tasks


  • Your three-year dual study program starting in fall 2025 alternates between a three-month theory phase at DHBW Heilbronn and a practical phase at the Lidl Foundation
  • The bilingual program in trade with a focus on International Retail Management not only teaches you solid business administration knowledge, but also introduces you to the international trade and business world as well as intercultural management
  • In your practical phases at Lidl, you will be assigned to the purchasing or auditing departments for further training
