Job Summary:
Qube Cannabis Delivery is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Cannabis Delivery Specialists.

As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the delivery of cannabis products from our retail location to customers in Times Square using walking, biking, scooting, other non-vehicle courier methods, and vehicle courier methods.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative team in the thriving cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:


Safe and Timely Delivery:

• Safely transport cannabis products from the retail location to customers in Times Square and nearby neighborhoods using walking, biking, scooting, or other designated nonvehicle courier methods.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while navigating the delivery route to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide exceptional customer service during the delivery process, including friendly greetings, accurate order fulfillment, and prompt assistance with any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Represent Qube Cannabis Delivery in a professional manner at all times, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Practice effective customer deescalation techniques to address any conflicts or concerns that may arise during deliveries.

Product Knowledge and Compliance:

• Familiarize yourself with Qube's range of cannabis products, including strains, formulations, and consumption methods, to accurately inform customers and address productrelated questions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the delivery of cannabis products, including age verification and proper handling procedures.

Order Management and Documentation:

• Efficiently manage delivery orders, including verifying order details, confirming customer identification, and obtaining necessary signatures or acknowledgments upon delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery transactions, including delivery times, customer signatures, and any relevant delivery notes or instructions.

Vehicle Maintenance and Safety:

• Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of delivery equipment, such as bikes, scooters, or other designated courier vehicles, to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the delivery manager or appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (if applicable) and clean driving record (if using a vehicle).
• Ability to operate delivery equipment safely and effectively, including bikes, scooters, or other nonvehicle courier methods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and recordkeeping.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
