Job Summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Technician located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Process Engineering Technician performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering.

What a typical day looks like:

Performs set-up of processing equipment.
Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators and maintenance personnel
Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Line change configuration.
Performs corrective maintenance.
Follows escalation procedures.
Work cross functionally with different departments.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues in a timely manner.
Demonstrate working in a highpressured environment.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Associate's Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.
2+ years of related experience.
Experience in technical writing to support change control and quality/compliance activities
Setup, operation and maintenance of industrial equipment
Electro-Mechanical Knowledge, Electrical schematics, Mechanical drawing and dimensional annotation comprehension.
Ability to understand and read various Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Ability to work with complex industrial mechanical assembly's focused on secondary and final packaging.
Have a basic level of understanding in industry 4.0 and manufacturing automation.
Ability to work with coding, printing and inspection systems
Ability to troubleshoot network connection to equipment
