Description
Role:
Responsible for creating and retaining strategic relations with all Strategic Accounts. Manage and negotiate contracts, relationships, track and grow sales through the groups.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales within key Strategic Accounts.
Manage and maintain relationships with all Strategic Accounts to increase board space, improve visibility, and increase Safilo sales within the group.
Establish and initiate new relationships with Strategic Accounts.Working collaboratively with cross functionally teams to include Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Credit, and Customer Service.
Utilize negotiation skills to improve and develop partnership agreements.
Use forward thinking skills to create and improve existing programs.
Coordinate and guide Safilo sales force to drive programs and sales through our internal systems such as
Assign tasks to Sales force vis this includes checking for out of stocks, identifying visual merchandizing opportunities & providing brand education.
Create and lead virtual trade shows for Strategic Accounts. This includes creating and getting approval from finance to determine which commercial programs would be effective. Also, work closely with marketing team to provide input on materials that would be useful.Manage, coordinate, and lead the team at large Strategic Account meetings. This includes leading and coordinating with the Trade Marketing team to decide on booth details and planning.
Coordinating and motivating team once in attendance at our large shows to be sure we execute goals and event fully.
Contribute to 3O's performance as well as support training tools needed to help assist with Strategic Accounts.Lead and mentor Strategic Account Coordinator & Analyst.

Education:
