Description

Ability to obtain and maintain an active SECRET clearance is required.

Functional Description:


  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of training program/project objectives. Analyzes training requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs training management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets training data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks training program/project status and schedules. Applies government instituted processes for documentation, training change control management and data management.

Required Experience:


  • 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience:


  • Experience with Navy training systems and conducting training systems analysis with Fleet end users.

Required Education:


  • BA/BS degree.
