Description
Part Time Office Assistant (approximately 25 hours per week; 8:30am - 1:30pm) for small construction company. Must be proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook and Word.Duties include entering data involving project materials and hours, preparation of estimates and invoices, telephone conversations with clients, timecard reconciliation and payroll submission.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail oriented, organized, capable of working independently and willing to learn.Job Type:

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Carpinteria, CA 93013: Relocate before starting work (required)
