Job Description

As Department Manager Dry Food (m/f/d), you ensure the smooth running of all processes within your department. You are the contact person for our customers in the gastronomy industry and responsible for leading your team.

Team management: You independently lead your team in the wholesale market, plan staff deployment, and support your team in their personal and professional development.
Customer service: You impress our customers with competent advice and courteous service regarding your product range.
Management of the product area: You ensure the flow of goods, from ordering to attractive product presentation to sales, and keep an eye on costs and revenue development.
Progress: You know the needs of our customers and support us in the further development and optimization of our processes.

Qualifications

Education: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. wholesale merchant (m/f/d), retail merchant (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d)).
Leadership experience: Through your experience in a similar position, you know how to lead and motivate a team.
Experience and knowledge: You have experience with various product groups in retail and are proficient in MS Office.
