The Faculty of Medicine is currently seeking a Medical Informatics Specialist (m/f/d) for the department of D05-IKMT/D Clinical Subsystems and Interfaces to start as soon as possible.

What will be your main responsibilities?

Act as a liaison between research and clinical systems within the IT department

Ensure data protection-compliant provision of clinical data for research purposes

Support research projects (e.g. nNGM, DNPM)

Further develop and adapt the workflow integration of medical devices and interfaces between clinical systems (e.g. HL7, FHIR, and DICOM)

Application support for laboratory systems
