- Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents' status.
- Reports any significant changes in resident behavior and health to relevant parties as per regulations.
- Supervises daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
- Provides guidance to Lead Resident Care Assistants.
- Coordinates care requirements with community providers.
- Promotes resident independence while meeting service demands.
- Identifies and prevents elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Responds to emergencies promptly and calls for assistance when needed.
