Head of Engineering (m/f/x) in Lower Saxony at Bluebell

As the Head of Engineering at Bluebell, you will be responsible for managing the department and overseeing both technical and disciplinary aspects of employee management. Your role will also involve advising management on technology-related issues, construction projects, and the alignment of building technology, media, and equipment.

Your Responsibilities as Head of Engineering (m/f/x)

  • Manage the areas of "building technology," "building qualification," and "system qualification"
  • Organize the department and oversee technical and disciplinary employee management
  • Develop the professional competence of employees and promote independent working methods
  • Ensure the availability of building and technical infrastructure for efficient business operations
  • Responsible for providing GMP media, such as clean air, water, and steam, as well as gases, building management technology, and monitoring systems
  • Pay special attention to occupational safety and fire protection
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, GMP guidelines, and international guidelines
  • Order, negotiate, and monitor service providers for repair, maintenance, expansion, and conversion work
  • Maintain outdoor facilities
  • Consider opinions from the Qualified Person, Head of Manufacturing, Head of Quality Control, and Head of Quality
