This is why our motto at the did deutsch-institut has always been "German is best learned in Germany."

We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a full-time team leader for our did deutsch-institut in Munich. Our institute teaches between 70 and 100 adult students at a time.


Your Profile:


  • Completed commercial training and/or a comparable degree
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work independently and think entrepreneurially
  • Proficiency in using computers and MS Office
  • Teamwork, assertiveness, and ability to handle high workload during peak season
  • Nativelevel German and at least good English skills

Your Role:


  • Organizing processes at our Munich location
  • Expanding and coaching the team (secretariat, leisure activities, teachers)
  • Advising and supporting prospective language students
  • Acting as a deputy and collaborating with the pedagogical management
  • Evaluating feedback and managing employees
  • Acquiring corporate partners and students in Munich
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internship companies
