Your responsibilities:

Intensive and comprehensive training in the waste management industry, the Veolia Group, and your future area of work (ideally in plant management)
Familiarization with all departments of the service center and providing support to our managers in their daily operations
Gradual assumption of your own projects, tasks, and responsibilities within the respective branch
Participation in practical courses and inhouse events on relevant topics
Actively networking to drive your own development within the company
Economical use of resources while adhering to defined budgets in coordination with your mentors

Your qualifications:

Completion of a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a relevant degree
Affinity for the waste management industry and the desire to take on responsibility at the world market leader
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a good understanding of business metrics
Enjoyment and
