In the role of Lean Manager EMEA, you will report directly to the SVP-Operations and will be responsible for strategy, coordination, and optimization of production processes, as well as Lean workshops in production. Your focus will be on process optimization, standardization, and cost reduction. You will share your expertise and inspire employees to embrace a sustainable Lean mindset in the production plants.
