Responsibilities

In addition to acquiring new projects and services, you will also be responsible for delivering agreed-upon quality to establish a positive, long-term partnership with your clients. You also prioritize the satisfaction of your team members, utilizing their individual skills to bring ideas and visions to life. Your main goals are:

1. Creating conditions for excellent performance and fostering a trusting and sustainable partnership with our clients.

2. Providing a positive work environment for your team, with recognition and personal development at the forefront.

Qualifications

You have at least 5-10 years of experience in consulting and the public sector, where you are considered one of the best and see new challenges as opportunities. You also have a degree in IT, organizational, legal, or administrative sciences, or a comparable qualification. Your skills include:

• Experience in digital transformation in the public sector, such as e-files, business process management, and change management.
