• Fill parts requests for service technicians
• Fill customer orders
• Receive and make telephone calls in regards to parts needs
• Participate in rolling inventory checks
• Maintain stocking inventory levels
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations
• Respond to requests for service and assistance
• Respond clearly and positively to customer needs
• Determine make, model, year, and type of equipment or parts needed
• Inspect worn, damaged, or defective part to determine if replacement is needed, and inform customer of part needed according to description of malfunction
• Use computer software to look up needed parts and determine part number, availability, and price
• Receive payments, make proper change, and package parts for customers
