  • ERP Systems SHD Einzelhandelssoftware GmbH is seeking you to join our team in Quartz Hill as a full time or part time employee.
Your role with us You will work in a process-oriented IT service team and be responsible for handling and analyzing software-related issues as part of 2nd level support, as well as addressing complex application questions from our customers.

The focus of your work will be on supporting our solution SHD ECORO and the connected cash register and warehouse control solutions, as well as interfaces to planning, accounting, and archiving systems.

You will ensure high customer satisfaction through your competent and friendly demeanor.

You will independently handle reported issues and service requests, provide expert support for all our products, and implement solutions independently or as part of a team.

Your tasks will also include participating in quality assurance measures for SHD products and contributing to requirements management. You will support us by being available for on-call duty, occasionally providing first-level support, and maintaining our knowledge database.

Your team awaits You will be part of a team of 7 colleagues who are all very collegial and communicative.

Your qualifications We are looking for a dedicated team member who enjoys interacting with people and has a solid technical understanding.

Your education is secondary. You have several
