    Job DescriptionSales & Service AssociateLocation: Walnut Creek, CAPay Range: $22-24/hrFull-Time, Onsite – 8:30am-5pm, changing days Mon-SatTemp-to-HireWe are hiring a passionate and motivated Sales & Service Associate to join a family-owned company that's been providing exceptional service and top-quality products to both homeowners and contractors since 1965 With a strong commitment to excellence, they strive to exceed customers' expectations at every turn, and we're looking for a talented individual to bring that vision to life
    As a Sales & Service Associate, you'll be the face of the company, delivering expert assistance and support to valued customers. You will provide exceptional service at the sales counter, assisting with product selection, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring order pick-ups go smoothly.

    What You'll Do
    • Guide customers at the sales counter through product selection, pricing, and availability, providing your expertise to both contractors and customers.
    • Assist with order pick-ups at the will-call area, ensuring a smooth pick-up process.
    • Process sales transactions with keen attention to detail.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
    • Maintain an inviting sales area, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and stocked.
    What You'll Bring
    • Experience in customer service or retail (in the plumbing industry a huge plus)
    • Drive to help customers find the right product for them
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
    • Proficiency in Epicor Solar
    • Ability to work Saturdays
    • Bilingual skills a plus
