We, the digital agency MIA3 GmbH, are a young digital agency with 15 specialists who passionately and successfully bring our clients' ideas to life with talent and expertise.

We plan, design, and develop websites and applications, working closely with our clients from conception to technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

Leading the development department of our digital agency
Technical conception and implementation of web projects
Estimating effort and feasibility
Quality assurance at the developer level
Technical contact person for own projects
Maintenance, customization, and upkeep of existing web applications
Further development and support of existing projects and clients
Organizing, conducting, and improving processes and standards in software development
On our Dev Fridays, you use your time to stay technologically uptodate and share your knowledge with the team
With all these tasks, you will help develop MIA3 and support us as a member of the management team in making MIA3 even more successful.
