What can you expect?

  • As a Service Desk employee, you will be the first point of contact for your colleagues and provide first level support via ticket system
  • You will support our new colleagues in onboarding, set up workstations, act as a helpdesk for "Help, my printer is not working" and provide access to hardware and software
  • You will take care of the equipment in meeting rooms, our telephony (MS Teams) and coordinate email accounts
  • You will plan, implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions for our 30 locations worldwide and be responsible for the availability, performance and security of networks, servers and storage solutions
  • You will monitor and analyze system performance data to identify and resolve bottlenecks early on and be responsible for implementing the IT security concept in the network and server/storage area
