Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Phoenix Agrotech, LLC is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper for the day-to-day accounting duties of the company utilizing QuickBooks Online.


Full-Charge Bookkeeper would be responsible for:

• Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger.
• Maintaining and reviewing chart of accounts
• Reviewing and reconciling bank statement on a monthly basis
• Coding and processing accounts payable
• Reviewing credit card statements, collect receipts, code and pay on time
• Working with CFO on day to day entries
• Providing tax professionals information needed for fiscalyear end close and for tax filings
• Managing accounting and human resource personnel
• Providing ownership with analysis in regard to the growing operations
• Reviewing/processing payroll, payroll tax payments and other payroll liabilities
• Assisting the sales department with invoicing and reviewing the A/R aging report
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to provide Ownership/Management reports of the operation.

Qualified applicants must have:

• 35 years of Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager Experience
• Agricultural experience desired
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with Paychex Payroll and Timekeeping
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent in data reporting and analysis

This is an on-site full-time position, exempt position reporting to the ownership


Compensation:
$65,000 - $80,000 DOE
