Role Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
• Respond to and dispatch tenant maintenance concerns
• Perform property/unit inspections
• Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for property owners
• Maintain accurate records of all propertyrelated maintenance activities

Skills:

• Strong administrative skills
• Experience with property management software such as AppFolio or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Facilities management principles and practices
• Knowledge of administrative processes specific to real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in upselling additional services to tenants.
