The Human Resources Recruiter will report to the HR Manager and among other duties will partner with business unit hiring manager to source and fill their positions.


Job Duties:
Work as a team with other recruiters and/or HR team members


Key Skills and Competencies:
Expertise in the sourcing and recruiting of new employees at all levels
Excellent communication skills
Time Management skills


Expected Performance:


Employee will have the ability to work independently and with a team, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Employee will communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and effective manner.


Typically Requires:
B. A or B.S. Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of proven Training and Recruiting experience
