    Description

    HR Manager Position at Hubbell Incorporated

    • Responsible for leading HR duties at a professional level, supporting the Manchester facility in New Hampshire
    • Partner with the Light Industrial HR Team to ensure business alignment

    The HR Manager:

    • Implements HR programs for Talent and Rewards
    • Develops solutions by analyzing information
    • Improves performance through problem identification
    • Ensures compliance with legal requirements
    • Develops HR-related communications
    • Leads special projects as needed

    What will help you thrive in this role?

    • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience
    • Plant level and employee relations experience preferred
    • Executive level presentation skills
    • Strong interpersonal communication
    • Ability to give and receive feedback effectively
