- Pay: this is a salaried position between $80,000 and $85,000 annually, with potential for an annual performance bonus

- Lead a high functioning and experienced HR team in the execution of their functions supporting Rugby's business results.
- Lead the execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals and comply with legal requirements.
- Serve as an advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support in areas such as performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Partner with department managers to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of changes and advising management on necessary actions.
- Manage HR metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee the talent management staff in the full cycle of talent acquisition.
- While this position offers opportunities for a hybrid work environment, to include occasional telework, you should be willing and able to work in-person the majority of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated and broad experience in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and training and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
