new branch location
in _Henniker_, NH_ and is seeking a well-seasoned Branch & Business Development Manager **for this exciting new opportunity.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be a team-player with strong leadership skills and have the ability to change direction to meet business needs.

Salary based on level of experience_**Branch & Business Development Manager: $58,000 - $75,000

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees accountability of fullservice branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals
Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development
Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Three to five years of experience in the Exeter, NH area market
Background in banking and supervisory experience a must
Must be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality service
Previous experience with business development and/or sales
Thorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the Branch
Flexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as needed
