For our headquarters in Belm-Icker (Lower Saxony), we are looking for a Team Leader Payroll (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks You lead our payroll team of five employees and develop them further. You are responsible for the proper payroll for approximately 18 companies in our German organization. You actively drive the further development and optimization of our payroll system (Hansalog) and time tracking system (Zeus X). You act as a interface to our external service providers for payroll and time tracking software. You are responsible for audits in the areas of wage tax and social security. You identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions in the payroll processes and implement corresponding measures. In cooperation with the HR department, you work on projects as needed
