Position Overview:


As our Family-Office Manager/Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the smooth operation of our household.

This includes both administrative duties and providing assistance to our son during his daily activities.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Financial Oversight: Dedicate a portion of your time to managing bookkeeping tasks and administrative work using QuickBooks Online.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, communication, and internet research to ensure the efficient management of our household affairs.
  • Personal Assistance: Assist our son with his daily routine, including walking exercises and dinner preparation, while ensuring his safety and wellbeing.
