    ASL Interpreter Washington, DC Responsibilities: * Provide quality ASL-spoken English interpretation in a timely manner. * Maintain adherence to the RID Code of

    Professional Conduct:
    CPC
    • Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Inc.
    ) * Support managing the ASL interpreting schedule and reports to various customers * Mentor and review work of novice interpreters * Services will be rendered in a highly technical environment as part of a contract team supporting NAVSEA at the Washington Navy Yard. * Support will be delivered as a mix of in-person and virtually, with potential for domestic and foreign travel.

    * Looking for full-time or part-time Requirements: * BA/BS Degree in ASL Interpretation * 5+ years experience as a currently RID Certified interpreter working in a fast paced, technical settings.

    * Strong voicing skills * Experience with solving difficult, complex ethical problems involving consideration of multiple issues and job areas * US Citizen with

    Secret Security Clearance Preferred:
