"From June, the doors of the new main building at Cochem Holiday Park will open. We are currently seeking a Shift Leader for our gastronomy department starting in June.


About the position:
Are you someone who loves new challenges? Then Roompot Cochem is the perfect place for you. We have been working hard over the past year to build a completely new center, including a new restaurant.

As the Floor Manager for our gastronomy department, you will be the conductor who ensures that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

With your extensive experience in the hospitality industry, you know exactly how to present food and drinks perfectly.

As a natural leader of this cozy team, you will also coach and guide the service staff during the busiest moments.

You create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel well taken care of. And while you inspire others, you also remember to take care of yourself.

Your responsibilities:

• Serving food and drinks, creating invoices, and processing orders
• Maintaining accurate financial records (cash register, delivery notes, invoicing, and daily reports)
• Supporting the (assistant) Food & Beverage Manager
• Ensuring the best possible quality and service by constantly seeking improvement opportunities
• Answering various questions from colleagues, suppliers, and guests
