Description

These are your responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and coordinating field service technicians
  • Organizing spare parts availability
  • Providing technical customer support and operating a service hotline
  • Processing orders

Requirements:

  • Education as a mechanic for agricultural/construction machinery or automotive (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, further training as a master or technician (m/f/d)
  • Experience in the construction or agricultural machinery sector, preferably in areas such as engine technology, hydraulics, control electronics, and mechanics
  • Basic knowledge of business administration
  • Proficient in PC applications
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Flexibility, selfmotivation, and teamwork skills
