Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from various wineries and vineyards in a comfortable and reliable vehicle.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and engaging guide, sharing insights about the local wine scene, history, and culture.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable tour experience from start to finish.
• Assist with logístical tasks, such as managing pre coordinated reservation schedules, and maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle.

Requirements:

• Valid Class B Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.
• Valid DOT Medical Certificate in accordance with DOT standards.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Able to effectively use technology for various forms, (timesheets, Prior Duty Forms, etc.)
• Passion for wine and a desire to share that passion with others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or tourism is a plus.
• Driver must know the rules and regulations that govern him or her. A driver must know at minimum California regulations, rules that pertain to Hours of Service as well as Federal Regulations.
