Mantell Associates is currently working with a leading consulting firm in search of a new Director of Life Sciences for their Hayti division. This individual will play a crucial role in the leadership of the division and in driving business development for the organization.

Director - Responsibilities:

Overseeing global projects in the Life Sciences sector
Leading a team of consultants and analysts and supporting their development
Collaborating with internal divisions to identify new business opportunities
Playing a key role in the leadership of the division and the wider organization
Expanding relationships with current clients and developing new ones
Owning or assisting with proposal preparation

Director - Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in Life Science consulting (preferably with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization)
Experience in managing a team
Excellent knowledge of the Life Science industry
Existing relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
Proven track record of working directly with clients in the Life Science industry
Strong expertise in strategic problem solving
