At Ranchitos del Norte, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner (m/f/d) to join our team at the DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH Werk Neumünster for the Husum branch, starting as soon as possible and with a contract until 12/2025.

*Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating product flow and workshop occupancy plans to ensure a smooth production process for the vehicle fleet
  • Planning and coordinating measures to resolve disruptions in the production process or with relevant supporting IT systems (SAP ISI) will be part of your tasks
  • You will be in charge of strategic and operational planning for vehicle supply in coordination with customers
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for creating daily maintenance orders, including documentation for both production and external service providers
  • Your task will be to monitor daily progress and report on it as part of shop floor management
  • You will develop short- and medium-term maintenance plans for the workshop, as well as document and update data in IT systems
  • You will ensure that performance is recorded and documented in accordance with processes, and that orders are invoiced and archived in the SAP ISI / QSI system
*Your profile:

  • You have completed a master's or technician's degree or a vocational training in a relevant technical field, with at least five years of experience in rail vehicle maintenance and knowledge of maintenance planning
  • You have knowledge of SAP
