- Assisting in daily operations and getting to know the Customer Service department of the Earthmoving division
- Contributing to the development of Smart Services, such as Connect services, Over-The-Air services, and other services
- Onboarding service partners and customers in the MyLiebherr ecosystem (customer portal)
- Solving problems and answering questions as part of second-level support for the MyLiebherr ecosystem
- Setting up the ISO interface for earthmoving and material handling machines
- Collaborating with international sales partners
Your Profile. What You Bring
- Studying in the fields of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a similar field
- Passion for the construction and agricultural machinery industry
- Enthusiasm for digital services in service and after-sales
- Affinity for IT topics and proficiency in MS Office programs
- Quick comprehension and high level of initiative
- Enjoy working in a team
- Excellent German skills and good English skills, French is a plus
