Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representatives
Position Available
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Ability to work and respond to customer issues/complaints:
Provide assistance to new customers:
Up-sell to existing eligible customers:
Selling to existing and new customers:
Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion:
Track customer calls and client meetings for reporting purposes:
Memorizing training script and maintain client product knowledge:
Be open to receptive feedback and must be willing to change and improve behavior:
Provide an exceptional customer service experience:
Adhere to compliance regulations

Proven experience as a customer service sales representative, customer support representative, or similar
Pay:
$ $1,500.00 per week
