2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with executive level calendar management
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
- Manage domestic and international travel
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, allhands meetings, offsites, and team social events)
- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters. Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters. as a liaison for direct reports
- Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team
- Experience in a fastpaced, hightech company
