Job profile Tasks that will help you move forward You monitor and control the technical building equipment and building control technology.

This includes programming, parameterization, and troubleshooting of building automation systems and access control systems. As part of cost and life cycle optimization, energy management is your responsibility. Your tasks also include instructing users (m/f/d) in complex systems and conveying training content. In addition, you are responsible for coordinating external service providers and for repair and maintenance tasks. You are also responsible for general traffic safety in indoor and outdoor areas. You perform regular work as part of building security. You document your activities and findings in the CAFM software. You also perform other infrastructure tasks and maintenance work as instructed.
