Our goal is to solidify and expand our strong position, and for this we are currently seeking a Sales Trainer for Sparkassen Sales (m/f/d) for the
Pfalz-Süd/Mitte region in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for crossregional "onthejob" training of SKP products at cooperation savings banks
You will be the contact person (m/f/d) for operational sales questions
You will successfully implement provided analyses and corresponding sales measures
You will be responsible for actively maintaining networks within the Sparkassen financial group
You will support the implementation of central sales initiatives

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or have comparable qualifications
You have professional experience in sales, including telephone sales, and as a trainer (m/f/d)
You have good specialist and product knowledge in retail banking and consumer credit business, including legal foundations
Ideally, you have a qualification as a coach (m/f/d) and/or trainer (m/f/d)
The extensive travel, 35 days per week on site at the savings banks, requires a high level of flexibility and mobility
You have strong communication skills and bring very good sales skills, a strong service orientation, as well as profit and cost orientation
