    Part-time Hourly Position in Santa Fe, NM

    Hourly wage ranging from $7.00 to $13.00 plus tips depending on experience. Located at Eldorado Hotel & Spa.


    Position Purpose:

    Prepare and serve custom cocktails and signature drinks professionally and courteously, ensuring top-notch service delivery. Assist in creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    None

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Follow guidance from Executive Chef / Shift Supervisor.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues and guests.
    • Adhere to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards rigorously.
    • Deliver seamless, superior service with passion.
    • Welcome and serve guests at the bar area.
    • Ensure compliance with age regulations for alcoholic beverage consumption.
    • Prepare drinks for guests and serve orders for Servers.
    • Alert a manager if a guest is showing signs of intoxication.
    • Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

    Requirements:

    • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
    • Capable of standing for eight hours or more.
    • Able to handle frequent lifting, pushing, reaching, and carrying of 20+ pounds.
    • Strong verbal communication skills and multitasking ability.
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience or equivalent education; preferably in high volume and/or fine dining.
    • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
