If you're a skilled barista and/or bartender passionate about crafting coffee and alcoholic beverages, we invite you to join our dynamic team at Cafecito This is a unique role that often requires making espresso drinks alongside cocktails.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents, continue your culinary journey, and be part of a supportive community that values innovation and excellence. This is a part-time (weekends) position to start but will quickly progress to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and specialty coffee drinks.

Share your passion for coffee, cocktails, and wine with our community.

Create and serve alcoholic beverages, adhering to state and local regulations.

Maintain the highest standards in beverage presentation, quality, and taste.

Interact with customers to take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.

Ensure cleanliness and organization in the coffee and bar area.

Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to provide a seamless, high-quality dining experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista and in beverage preparation.

Familiarity with coffee equipment, cocktail recipes, and alcoholic beverage service.

Compliance with state and local alcohol service regulations

If you don't have your food and alcohol certification, you'll have up to two weeks to obtain it once hired (we reimburse you if necessary).

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

A drama-free, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Cafecito, situated at The Trailhead, is a family-owned Coffee House and Restaurant that showcases the culinary traditions of Argentina. Our menu is crafted from locally sourced ingredients, emphasizing quality and authenticity.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $30.00/hour.
