Providing select clients with customized solutions that might include services ranging from information analysis, assessment, service arrangement, forecasting and advisory.


Overall Purpose of The Job:


Responsible for Health Consulting, NCD & Wellbeing programs, the consultant will support the development and implementation of International SOS suite of Wellbeing programs to include Mental Health, Physical Health, and Wellness offerings across the group.

This includes working with cross-functional teams in the inception and execution of the suite of Wellbeing services for clients that include Mental Health, Physical Health, and Wellness programs.


This key role will provide cost effective project management to the new offerings in Total Worker Wellbeing and the Stress Management offering in the North America market.

This individual will be modelling the very successful European practice of having skilled SME project managers who are a hybrid between the higher cost physician's and the lower cost project managers.

This individual will also support, develop, and deliver health consultancy in North America to consulting and non-consulting client companies operating worldwide.

Lastly, this role will drive business development as well as support sales and marketing activity in North America.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Participation in client consulting engagements.
  • Provide solutions and scope delivery milestones supporting the Global Health Advisor, Wellbeing, and wider Health Consulting team.
  • Provide Wellbeing documentation, materials, templates, methodology, stakeholders' engagement tools, reports, in coordination with Group Health Consulting Delivery team.
  • Assist the team in providing a broader proposition and product capacity and leadership.
  • Compile and update information such as an uptodate inventory list of existing mental health and wellbeing solutions
  • Work collaboratively across the business to deliver comprehensive Wellbeing solutions and assist in evolving them based on feedback and insight.
  • Assist in the development of health and Wellbeing products and solutions.
  • Support with the design, data visualization and writing of communication, promotion, and marketing materials relevant to Wellbeing products and solutions.
  • Preparation of Wellbeing research in coordination with the Global Health Advisor.
  • Support with the delivery of Wellbeing products to clients alongside the Group Health Consulting Delivery team
  • Supporting in the coordination of the external group of Mental Health, Physical Health, and Wellness specialists (to ensure governance, quality, briefings, etc.).

Job Profile:


Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven experience in comprehensive Wellbeing programs that includes mental health, physical health, Lifestyle & Wellness programs.
  • Understanding of relevant health and wellbeing interventions and best practices
  • Familiar with epidemiology and statistical analysis including relevant software packages (SPSS, STATA)
  • Proficient in MS office and content development; working knowledge of audio recording software is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Wellbeing research and systematic reviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
