We are looking for a project manager for production (m/f/d) for a renowned company in Aalen, Wautoma, WI - and as soon as possible


Your responsibilities:

  • Supervising the interface between production and construction in the context of hall expansion
  • Creating an overall plan for production + construction
  • Identifying conflicts between construction and production plans and escalating any deviations from deadlines with a focus on production needs
  • Independently moderating conflicts between the construction and production departments and finding solutions
  • Structuring time schedules, work packages, and milestone checklists at the overall project level and maintaining them
  • Reporting to the head of production optics HighNA

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed studies in production, business administration, or engineering
  • 35 years of professional experience with a solid background in factory planning and infrastructure projects alongside ongoing series production
  • Excellent project management skills, preferably with GPM certification (Level C/D), as well as extensive experience in change management and lateral team leadership
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent, responsible, and deadlineoriented work with a high level of moderation, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Aboveaverage commitment, entrepreneurial thinking, and a good overview of the big picture
